Sue Decker

Registered Speech-Language Pathologist

Sue has over 30 years of experience supporting people who have speech and language disabilities and their families. She is passionate about improving everyday conversations and promoting connection between her clients and those around them. For most of her career, Sue has specialized in working with adults. She offers assessment and therapy sessions in-person in Greater Victoria as well as remotely via video-conference.
In addition to her direct work with clients, Sue worked as a clinical educator and researcher at the University of Alberta for several years. She moved to Victoria and set up her private practice in 2015. Sue has designed many innovative communication care programs for agencies over her career. She is currently serving as Advisor for Long-Term Care with Speech-Language and Audiology Canada. Sue enjoys many creative pursuits outside of her work as a speech-language pathologist. 
Sue is a certified provider of SPEAK OUT!® therapy for Parkinson’s.
